Our approach is deeply personalized, and for the time and attention you deserve, we charge a planning retainer for each itinerary. This fee covers the extensive research, expert advice, and meticulous planning that goes into crafting your specific trip. It also includes ongoing support from the moment you book until you return home, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience. Consider this an investment in not just a vacation, but in the peace of mind and personalized service that comes with having a dedicated travel expert by your side.
Our retainer, which we establish upfront, starts at $250 per itinerary and includes up to 5 hours of work which is typically enough time to accomplish all of your travel planning and assistance during the trip. Should the scope exceed 5 hours, due to multiple itinerary modifications, you will be notified of the overage in advance and charged an additional $50 per hour after that. The $250 planning fee typically represents a one-week trip to one destination for up to 4 people with the same itinerary. More complex travel plans may require additional investment. Think multi-city adventures, extended journeys, group travel, or those last-minute escapes that require a bit of magic to pull off. These scenarios often involve increased research, coordination, and communication, which may incur a slightly higher fee. Rest assured, we'll always be transparent about any adjustments to the planning retainer, ensuring you understand the value and expertise you're receiving every step of the way.
